K.R. was charged with assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest. The defence presented evidence that K.R.’s behaviour stemmed from a concussion and other trauma, not from intentional aggression. With counselling completed and medical evidence supporting the cause of the incident, the Court accepted that rehabilitation—not punishment—was appropriate. K.R. received an absolute discharge.

A.M. pulled a fire alarm, knowing there was no emergency. A.M. was charged with Obstruct and Mischief. All charges withdrawn.
